Within the project, young people found a place and the courage to see the world outside the usual socio-cultural echo chamber and safe zone, and develop intercultural and interlinguistic interactions using one of the most powerful tools: ART!
DAGAL was a unique initiative designed to bring together young, imaginative individuals in the picturesque and inspiring Alta Langa area of the Piedmont region, Italy. The project offered participants an opportunity to explore and experience the region’s rich cultural and natural heritage, develop artistic outcomes inspired by this heritage, and draw attention to this authentic location.

Through DAGAL, young people stepped outside their usual socio-cultural comfort zones to foster cross-cultural and cross-linguistic connections using one of the most powerful tools available: art. The project emphasized creativity, collaboration, and a deep engagement with the local context to inspire meaningful artistic expressions.

PARCO CULTURALE ALTA LANGA
In the heart of Cuneo's Bormida Valley, Parco Culturale Alta Langa spreads and promotes the knowledge of the territory in all aspects: from history to literature, from architecture to food and wine, to sustainable practices and systemic development of the area.
The association aims to counter the growing marginality of the villages and communities of the Alta Langa, creating events, experiences, mobility and volunteering programs, favoring co-working and sharing, in order to encourage tourism and promoting training activities related to the territory.
