VITALITY

MONESIGLIO, ITALY

ESC VOLUNTEERING

DURING 2026

This is your opportunity to become a European Solidarity Corps volunteer & contribute to the revitalization of rural areas of Alta Langa

ABOUT THE PROJECT

VITALITY is ESC Individual volunteering, which lets young people develop new skills, gain new knowledge and enhance competencies that will support them in the future. The project lasts several months, giving space for personal growth and development, besides showing the backstage of NGO work. Participants can be involved in various tasks our organization carries out: from organizing events and managing social media to logistic assistance in different projects and festivals.

Note:European Solidarity Corps is the European Union program for young people to volunteer or work on projects in their own country or abroad that benefit communities and people around Europe.

AIM OF THE PROJECT

This project aims to bring life to the rural community of Alta Langa region. For that, we focus on the creation and promotion of events and festivals related to the history & cultural heritage of the region, giving space for volunteers to bring in their own ideas, perspectives, and a bit of their own magic.

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN?

Volunteers will experience themselves outside of their local reality, they will discover new passions, and enhance hidden talents. This project provides learning opportunities in the field of cultural heritage, events organization and social media management.

The project is not only about supporting what already exists, it’s about adding something new to the community and helping it grow. It’s about you bringing your own spark. So the most important question is:

What project will you create to help Parco Culturale Alta Langa reach its goals?

We are Parco Culturale Alta Langa and alongside New Wellness Education and Vagamondo we created the VITALITY project. We will be your hosting organization for the next 10 months, where we will implement activities together, supporting you in developing your ideas and providing space for personal growth.

WHO ARE WE?

ABOUT VAGAMONDO

VAGAMONDO is an NGO focused on European mobility, non-formal education and rural development based in Italy. It provides learning and growing opportunities to young people and youth workers.

The name Vagamondo comes from the concept of travel as a powerful tool of self-discovery and personal development: it is through direct contact with cultural and personal differences that identity becomes more visible to every individual; it is coming out of the comfort zone, getting involved in new activities, different than the usual ones, that people can identify room to grow and work on themselves.

Our vision is to contribute to the development of society, to promote, disseminate and apply through education the values of equality, freedom and care for the environment.

Vagamondo is active in the European Solidarity Corps as supporting and hosting organization since 2017.
